How will I be notified of a price change?
Both Google Play Store and Apple App Store, as the case may be, will notify about changes in the price of subscriptions as follows:
Email notification: Users will receive an email informing them of the price change. This email will include details of the new price and the date on which it will become effective.
In-application notification: In addition to e-mail, users can also receive in-application notifications. These notifications will inform you of the price change and provide instructions on how to manage your subscription.
Can I keep my current price?
The current price will remain unchanged as long as your subscription remains valid. The new price will only be applied at the time of renewal when the corresponding date arrives. If you wish to check the billing date and current price of your plan, you can easily do so by going to the billing data section of your account. This option allows you to have complete control over your subscription details.
Will free trials be affected?
No, the 14-day free trial on the annual subscription will not be affected by the changes.ios price. In the case of the monthly subscription, a free trial will still not be offered.
Can I cancel my subscription if I do not agree with the new price?
Yes, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time if you do not agree with the new price. SWISH does not have long-term contracts and will not apply penalties for cancellation.
You can do this easily directly from the app by going to your SWISH profile or by accessing it through your app store, either on Google Play or Apple App Store, in the “Subscriptions” section. Within the active subscriptions, you will find SWISH, select the application and confirm the cancellation. Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
Please note that after the cancellation, your access to the contents of the GOLD content will be suspended at the end of your subscription. You will be able to reactivate your subscription whenever you want.
Will there be options for different plans, such as family, or sharing plans available?
SWISH is constantly looking for ways to offer plan options that suit the needs of its different types of users. This may include more economical plans, family plans, student plans and more. We encourage you to stay tuned for updates to the application and SWISH communications for available plan options.
