The game is not Live
For a game to be followed live on SWISH, it is necessary for the score keeper’s device to be connected to the internet. In some cases, this may not be possible for various reasons beyond SWISH’s control.
Please contact us through SWISH support and send us the game link so that we can forward it to the relevant federation/client, allowing you to activate the live stream whenever it is possible.
The game does not refresh
As in the “Live” games, this does not depend 100% on SWISH.
Ensure that your device has a stable internet connection. A poor or interrupted connection can affect the refreshing of the game.
If the problem continues, you can contact SWISH support for further assistance. They can investigate the issue and provide guidance on resolving it.
